The AMX440 acid resistant chemical pump comes complete with 1.5" / 40mm adjustable flanges suitable for DIN or ANSI Connections. The flanges are screwed so can be removed leaving 1.5" BSP M connections.
The impeller will be trimmed to meet your duty requirements so that you are maximising the efficiency of your pump.
When the AMX chemical pump is specified with a carbon bearing and ceramic shaft (depending upon liquids being pumped - please see our Chemical_Resistance_Table ) the patented bearing means the pump is able to run dry without damage to the plastic pump. The bearing is designed with dual-channel circulation on both surfaces which contributes to rapid heat dissipation. The circulation of the sealless pump is fully utilized to reinforce convectional heat transfer that lowers thermal balancing temperatures and prevents damage even under dry running.
