APPLICATIONS
Suitable for in-tank pumping of a wide range of corrosive liquids, effluents or process liquors the CVS range of chemical pumps feature low maintenance construction, utilising oversized bearings which are designed to give a long, trouble free life.
CVS chemical pumps are a rugged and reliable range of metallic vertical suspended pumps which can be manufactured in either 316 Stainless Steel or Mild Steel versions. Up to three suspension stages may be incorporated into the design to give a maximum depth of 4.5m.
The drive shaft is supported from above by an independent bearing system. This has the advantages of allowing the impeller to be quickly adjusted and set from the top of the pump and reducing the loading on the motor bearings.
The immersed bearings are manufactured in PTFE which may be either product or externally lubricated depending on the application.
