The AMA Range of Magnetic Drive Pumps are designed to ISO2858, ISO3661, ISO2084 and ISO 5199 standards; built to thrive in tough conditions of high temperatures, high pressure and highly corrosive applications.

The high efficiency of our AMA range reduces energy consumption and operating costs during the life of the pump. The AMA range is constructed with a Ductile-Iron cast armour with an ETFE lining, providing for a rugged structure and complete chemical resistance.

Max Capacity Rate: 108m³/hr (1000l/m)

Patented Run-Dry Design

Running dry is one of the biggest causes of failures to pumps. With Crest’s Mag Drive range, the patented Run-dry design will stop the pump failing if there is a problem in the process, meaning less down time for your process line and as a result less time and money lost to your business.

High Efficiency Design

The AMA Mag Drive range is one of the most efficient magnetic drive pumps in the market, offering up to a 70% operating efficiency. By reducing energy consumption this pump is good news for reducing your operating costs as well as making the pump more eco-friendly.

Unique Buffer System

The AMA Mag Drive range incorporates a unique buffer system, designed to absorb vibrations and shock caused by adverse operating conditions. At the same time, the dynamic buffer is self-adjusting, allowing a better face to face contact between the thrust ring and the wear ring, minimizing wear and increasing service life. Once again this is good news for reducing your operating costs.

High Temperature resistance

High temperature resistance means the AMA range can pump all different types of corrosive applications with ease

Leak-free Design

Using a mag drive pump instead of the traditional mechanical seal completely solves the problem of leakage, avoiding unnecessary clean up bills, saving money and avoiding ecological damage.

No obsolete part policy

All of our pumps come with our No Obsolete Parts Policy, meaning if you have your Crest Pumps pump for 40 years, we will still be able to provide you with parts and an exact replacement to minimise disruption to your production line.

18 Month Warranty

With an 18/24 month warranty as standard (24 month warranty for Assoma mag drive ranges only), our magnetic drive pumps give an assurance to your business that the pump is quality built and will give you many years of trouble free operation.
