The CSS range of (Seal-less) Vertical Plastic Pumps have been manufactured specifically to combat harsh and corrosive chemicals with medium to high pressures. This makes the CSS range ideal for applications such as sump emptying, recirculation and effluent treatment and fume scrubbers.

The wetted parts are fully corrosion resistant, being machined from solid plastics, and built with a fabricated support column that incorporates a double skinned, heavy duty tube arrangement, making the pump fully robust.

Available in Polypropylene, PVC, PVDF or 316 Stainless Steel, for ultimate corrosion resistance. The O-rings are available in Viton, EPDM or Kalrez. Maintenance is virtually eliminated due to the absence of immersed pump bearings, the simplicity of the design makes for an absolute minimum down-time and maximum cost efficiency.

At the mounting plate level there is a labyrinth fume seal system top which protects the heavy duty oversized bearings.  These are mounted above the mounting plate in an enclosed housing to protect them from the environment.
