PP Pump - Plastic Mechanical Seal Pumps
Thermoplastic mechanically sealed pumps are the ideal choice for corrosive applications, especially when solids are involved. Machined from solid thermoplastic gives outstanding strength and robustness for applications that demand longevity in the harshest of environments.
Because every mechanically sealed plastic pump is manufactured in the UK, we can tailor every pump to your exact requirements with minimal change in lead time or cost.
The PP range comes in polypropylene, PVC, PTFE, PVDF or 316 stainless steel. All the chemical pumps can be fitted with a range of mechanical seals making them suitable for all different chemical applications.
The same bearing housing can be used for pumps with open, channel, closed or vortex impellers. Built according to EN25199 ensures minimal shaft deflection and over 100,000 hours of operation.
