You may have recently read and be already aware that there is due to be a few changes regarding EU data protection regulations – namely GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations).

This affects the way companies use customer data to market to them.  We send some of our customers a monthly E-flyer and before the new legislation comes in to force on May 25th 2018, we just wanted to make sure that if you receive our emails that you are happy to continue to be on our mailing list to receive updates about Crest Pumps, news about manufacturing and Crest special offers.

If you are happy to remain on our mailing list then please do nothing. If you would like to be removed from the list, then please email with the email address you would like us to delete from the list.

If you are not on our list and would like to be, please use the ‘Newsletter’ sign up at the footer of the website.

We would like to assure you that your details are kept safe and used solely by Crest Pumps.

GDPR is the General Data Protection Regulations (officially (EU) 2016/679). Although it has new aspects it is not fundamentally new. It represents the latest evolution of regulations on data privacy and protection in Europe. It replaces the current EU Data Protection Directive (95/46/EC, known as DPD) of 1995 and sits alongside the EU e-Privacy Directives (2002/58/EC and 2009/136/EC) of 2002 and 2009.
